I've never been more satisfied or worked with a better company! Everyone (from office staff to technicians) were friendly, professional and very thorough. My area carpet was returned to me like new and smelled very fresh. They even followed up by coming to my home with an ozone machine which took the last but of (dog urine) odor out of my hardwood floors. I give them an A+ and highly recommend their services.
